Archétype is an exhibition that brings together the work of Roman Boulay, John Cornu, Antonin Kremer, Perrine Lacroix, Jonathan Loppin and Nicolas Milhé, whose main focus of work is questioning the explicit artwork messages to the visitor / spectator.

November - December 2014

The spectator visitor finds himself in a physical relationship of action with the works gathered and created in situ. The relationship to architecture is brought into play in a direct and contextual way. Moreover, a set of more objectal pieces will focus on an issue that is too rarely worked on: how can an artist who favours the in-situ principle in his work, in his practice, reconcile this privilege with the production of pieces intended to circulate or even enter collections?
